NEW COVID -19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS IMPLEMENTED: 2021

As we all know, strict measures attempting to control COVID-19 Pandemic have been implemented here in Germany. This reflects in the Dental Office. The purpose on following Strict Infection Control Guidelines recommended by the WHO, CDC, ADA, OSHA, German Health Department is to protect everyone: Patients and the Dental Team.

  1.  Please, reschedule your appointment if anyone in your household has been sick in the last 2 weeks. Let us know if you or any member of your family has been on Quarantine, exposed to a COVID positive person, or has had a positive COVID Test result. Do not forget that we should reschedule the appointments if exposure has been in the last 14 days. Proof of negative test results might be requested.
  2. Be prepare to answer the pre-screening questions, Both: on the phone, and to our personnel on the day of the appointment.
  3. Only the patient with one parent/legal guardian is allowed in the office. No additional siblings are allowed inside unless he/she has also an appointment schedule on the same day. A FACEMASK must be always worn. THIS MASK SHOULD COMPLY WITH THE LATEST GERMAN GUIDELINES.
  4. Once arrive to the Premises of the building, please call us at 06371 130 0921, and let us know of your arrival. WAIT IN THE CAR. We will call you once our Staff is ready to meet and greet you and your child. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO WAIT IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE ENTRANCE.
  5. Parent and child wearing GERMAN COMPLYNG Mask, will come inside the Office, we WILL TAKE THE TEMPERATURE with a contact-less thermometer
